The past Wednesday I had it going during a round at Transit Valley C.C. I started off with a par, then sunk a 40 foot putt, the longest putt I have made in about 3 months. The next hole is a par 5 and I taped in a 3 foot putt, pared 4 and 5. I hit a driver and a 3 hybrid to 5 feet on the 6th hole and make that putt for eagle. So after 6 holes i’m 4 under. Par #7 and #8 and on #9 I hit it to 5 feet. I make the putt for my best 9 holes ever, 31! I hit all 9 greens in regulation and played great. I pared the first 5 holes on the back, only missing one green. On #15, I made a 10 foot birdie putt to go to 6 under. I miss a 10 footer on #16 and leave a putt on the lip on #17. I miss the green on #18 and cannot get it up and down so I end up with 66. I shot 66 before, so a 65 would have been my record. One day I will beat that 66.
